had private bathroom with all essentials. 15 minutes walk from central falmouth. we did not want to leave there and will choose it for sure for next trip.

The location was wonderful, with The British Beer Company nearby, where we could eat. And easy walk to a ferry port. We loved everything. Ideal base for holiday in Falmouth.
